I found this car at Omega Autosports through the Capital One auto navigator app. I them to check on availability and Jermaine answered. He had the car waiting for me when I arrived and it was literally a breeze though the whole process. Jermaine was great to work with and a very genuine person. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car and I felt very comfortable asking questions. It was an easy to get financing wrapped up by just showing Michael my pre-approval letter from Capital One. Great experience, no hassles or pressure. Professional staff all the way around. I went with my daughter a few weeks ago, test drove a few things, they have a great selection of quality vehicles at various price ranges. They were more than happy to let me take anything I was interested in to my local shop that I have taken all of my vehicles to for over 15 years, to have it looked over. That tells you a lot, I feel that they feel there is nothing to hide and I have no doubt that if something would have come up, they would work with us on it. I have a friend of the family that will be in the market for a change of vehicles, we will start here. Jermaine Dearman and Michael Galford were professional and friendly from the beginning of our car buying experience. We took 6 cars out to test drive over multiple days to find the right one for our needs. They followed up but weren’t annoying. I was scouting for SUV’s for our grandson. Omega had a 2016 Rogue that showed some promise, so I just stopped in. Jermaine was the first person I met. He was very knowledgeable and kind through out the process. He worked diligently to answer my questions. Jermaine made the sale easy and put me at ease. My grandson loved the vehicle. The Rogue was clean with affordable price, new tires, brakes, etc… Everything you need to drive off the lot with confidence of your purchase. Michael helped us with our paperwork. Great People Premium vehicle's They went far and in-between to help me. I test drive 8 SUV's. When I called here I looked forward to meeting who I talk to and the I drove a 2015 Lexus Rx 350...
